West Highlands, a subsidiary of A Brown Company listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange, is launching its Phase 2 development in Butuan last October 14, 2017 in a 9-hole golf course surrounded by mountains and overlooking the city’s skyline. It was attended by A Brown Company officials, LGU officials, accredited realties, real estate practitioners and visitors or investors who are interested to own a piece of specific lot area.
Phase 2 development is absolutely for selling lot only, and the buyer can apply his own style and design in constructing a house. Phase 1 has already sold-out that needs to have another development for growing demands in a fast-growing economy in Butuan.

After the lunch, all of the participants toured the Phase 2 area, and have a glimpse look of the different blocks while still on the process of development.
