Robinsons Place Butuan expansion at the back portion of the mall is going to be in a fast-paced mode as it was expected to open this May the coming of Butuan Fiesta Celebration. The expansion as can be seen in the photos has another atrium much higher than at the main front of the mall.
When finished, the gross floor area estimated around 70,000 and could be the largest Robinsons mall in Mindanao as what observers say.

1. National Bookstore (Will occupy the space across Mercury Drug supposedly for e-Bingo as per info by managers of RDS and Giordano)
2. Starbucks (Per announcement by RLC mall admin during a conference re: expansion with the mall’s existing tenants)
3. Classic Savory (Hiring on JobStreet ongoing)

Robinsons Place Butuan houses boutiques, restaurants, service outlets, a food court and an amusement center. It is anchored by retail giants, namely, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman Do It Best Center, Daiso Japan and South Star Drug.
The mall also features Robinsons Movieworld which has four digital cinemas, including a 3D cinema.
In this shopping mall complex, it has also a 100-room gohotel and a parking area with some 450 parking slots.
Robinsons Place Butuan has also a Lingkod Pinoy Center, a one-stop facility for government services. Lingkod Pinoy Center will house Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, Philpost, SSS, TESDA and a DFA Consular Office which will accept applications for new passports as well as renewals.
